in den vergangenen Monaten war ich des öfteren sowohl privat, als auch beruflich in der Station um Fahrzeuge anzumieten und kann nur sagen „TOP“Egal ob Begrüßung, Fahrzeugübergabe, Rückgabe egal was, lief einwandfrei und ich werde keine andere Autovermietung mehr in Betracht ziehen.Wenn mal ein reserviertes Fahrzeug nicht da ist, weil Vormieter diese nicht zurückgebracht haben, findet man sofort eine Lösung. Selbst der Cafe ist zu empfehlen 😉 Macht weiter so. Fünf Sterne sind zu wenig!

Automóveis e atendimento bons. Dependendo do terminal do aeroporto, a retirada fica longe. Alguns poréns:1- A locadora executa a caução, ou seja, a debita no cartão de crédito. Ora, se não houver dano no veículo, ela a devolve, porém os impostos e as taxas do cartão não serão devolvidas, o que gera um gasto de 5% do valor da locação no Brasil. Detalhe: não sei se isso é padrão na Alemanha, ou depende da locadora.2- As cauções não Europa são por volta de 900 euros, bem acima do que sugere o site Rentcars.3- Sugiro fazer um vídeo completo do carro recebido para não correr o risco de arcar com pequenos danos pré-existentes.No mais, os funcionários são muito tranquilos.

After the merger with Buchbinder, Hubert Terstappen became Managing Director of the Group and developed the company into the fourth-largest mobility provider in Germany and the market leader in Austria with over 30,000 vehicles at 165 locations. The entrepreneur also founded the international franchise system Global Rent a Car and expanded the brand into 20 countries worldwide. Following the successful sale of the Buchbinder Group to Europcar, he was responsible for the integration into the Europcar Mobility Group and was appointed Managing Director of Europcar in Germany. He left the company in 2020 and founded the VCC VENTURES Group and the associated companies share-tec GmbH, mobi-tec GmbH and PARKsmart.
