Ich habe in Hamburg bei Wheel ein Auto gemietet und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Abwicklung. Ich habe den Wagen sehr zügig und problemlos erhalten. Das Auto ist in einem nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbaren Parkhaus untergebracht, was ich sehr positiv finde, da man nicht mit einem Bus zu irgendeinem auswärts gelegenen Parkplatz gebracht wird. Auch die Rückgabe war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann den Anbieter auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

In der vergangenen Woche habe ich zweimal über booking.com gebucht und einmal direkt bei wheego.Ich habe zweimal einen Kleinwagen (Größe Fiat Panda) gebucht und habe einen Skoda Fabia bekommen. Der hatte 72 km auf der Uhr, war also nagelneu.Bei der dritten Buchung habe ich einen Kleinstwagen (Größe Fiat 500) gebucht und habe wieder "meinen" Fabia bekommen. Bei der Rückgabe hatte ich im Termindruck vergessen zu tanken. Der Mitarbeiter fragte mich, ob ich sie tanken lassen wollte oder ob ich selbst nochmal kurz tanken fahren wolle.Ob bei der Abholung oder bei der Rückgabe - das Team ist auch in stressigen Situationen super nett und zuvorkommend, nehmen sich Zeit und sind stets auf Augenhöhe.Nach diversen unangenehmen "Abzockerlebnissen" mit Mitbewerbern war dies eine so angenehme Erfahrung. Übergabe und Rücknahme wird mit Bildern gemacht und das Protokoll per Mail geschickt, so dass es nicht wie bei Mitbewerbern Fragezeichen gibt, welche Schäden schon vorhanden waren.Dazu waren die Mietpreise enorm günstig - ich werde bei der nächsten Miete garantiert wieder wheego wählen.Lob und Dank ans gesamte Team in der Ahrensburger Straße!

Hubert Terstappen is one of the leading personalities in the mobility industry. He started his own car rental business back in 1987 and expanded throughout Germany. After the merger with Buchbinder, Hubert Terstappen became Managing Director of the Group and developed the company into the fourth-largest mobility provider in Germany and the market leader in Austria with over 30,000 vehicles at 165 locations. The entrepreneur also founded the international franchise system Global Rent a Car and expanded the brand into 20 countries worldwide. Following the successful sale of the Buchbinder Group to Europcar, he was responsible for the integration into the Europcar Mobility Group and was appointed Managing Director of Europcar in Germany. He left the company in 2020 and founded the VCC VENTURES Group and the associated companies share-tec GmbH, mobi-tec GmbH and PARKsmart. In the first financial year, Hubert Terstappen and the wheego team achieved all planned milestones. The Share, Rent, Auto Abo and Car Sales products were successfully launched, the wheego-mobility.com website and the wheego app (iOS and Android) were launched and the first wheego Mobility Stores were opened in Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna and other major cities.
