I had a positive experience with the customer service at the wheego branch at Frankfurt Airport. A friend of mine arrived at the airport with her family after business hours, too late to pick up the car herself, even though I had arrived early. They asked me to book through a booking platform they recommended and pick up the vehicle for them. The car rental location at the airport is not well signposted. There were some complications at the counter regarding insurance coverage and second driver issue.

The employees did everything they could to resolve the situation. Despite the challenges, they remained calm and professional. They took the time to carefully explain the policies and worked diligently to find a solution that met our needs. Their dedication and problem-solving skills ensured that my friend's family could continue their trip as planned.

I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by these employees. Management should give them credit. It's nice to know there are employees who truly care about doing everything right for their customers!

Pickup ist etwas schwieriger.Rampe rechts runter durch Glastür 212 Fahrstuhl runter zu 1,links durch weitere Glastüre dann laufen bis 101.Great service .Improved tremendously since they first started.Take bus from terminal 2 to Terminal 1 .get off there cross the street take elevator or escalator down to train/ rentals .Left turn , straight ahead you see Avis almost missed it on right side.pick up is trickier.Go through Glassdoor 212 take elevator 1 down ,go through another Glassdoor then follow signs to your number usually 101.

Good car, easy drop-off. The only problem was locating the office at Terminal 1, which is Terminal A. The instructions were not clear at all. One should go to the lower floor, where all the other rentals are located, but go to the right and look for KFC. Good luck

No te entiendes bien con ellos y luego pasa lo que pasa, multas de aparcamiento por no saber que los coches tienen un reloj para poner la hora de cuando has aparcado, en Alemania no hay parkimetros, cada coche tiene un reloj que hay que ponerlo encima del salpicadero, si no lo pones… Multa al canto como me paso a mi 😬 y además el opel corsa PUDRETECH que a los 10 minutos de cogerlo ya estaba pidiendo aceite

After the merger with Buchbinder, Hubert Terstappen became Managing Director of the Group and developed the company into the fourth-largest mobility provider in Germany and the market leader in Austria with over 30,000 vehicles at 165 locations. The entrepreneur also founded the international franchise system Global Rent a Car and expanded the brand into 20 countries worldwide. Following the successful sale of the Buchbinder Group to Europcar, he was responsible for the integration into the Europcar Mobility Group and was appointed Managing Director of Europcar in Germany. He left the company in 2020 and founded the VCC VENTURES Group and the associated companies share-tec GmbH, mobi-tec GmbH and PARKsmart. In the first financial year, Hubert Terstappen and the wheego team achieved all planned milestones. The Share, Rent, Auto Abo and Car Sales products were successfully launched, the wheego-mobility.com website and the wheego app (iOS and Android) were launched and the first wheego Mobility Stores were opened in Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna and other major cities.
