Your tasks
Advice and sales: Competent advice for our customers on car rental offers and conditions, as well as active sales of additional services and products.
Customer service: Friendly and professional reception of customers, processing of inquiries and handling of rental contracts.
Vehicle management: preparing and issuing vehicles, checking returns and documenting damage.
Contract processing: Preparation and processing of rental contracts, including the necessary documentation and invoicing. – Marketing support: Support with local marketing campaigns and promotions.
Your profile
Experience: Professional experience in sales, ideally in the car rental industry or in customer service.
Competencies: Strong communication skills, sales talent and customer orientation.
Knowledge: Good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage.
Personality: Friendly, confident and professional demeanor as well as a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility.
Technical affinity: Confident handling of common software applications and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems.
Driver’s license: Valid class B driver’s license.
