WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT THE WHEEGO AUTO SUBSCRIPTION?
The wheego car subscription is the easiest way to get your car, ideal for anyone who wants full cost control and little effort. You only pay the monthly rate, which covers all services except refueling – insurance, taxes, maintenance and more. It’s our all-round carefree package for maximum convenience with no long-term commitment, whether you drive privately or for business.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE WHEEGO AUTO SUBSCRIPTION?
The monthly subscription price includes insurance, maintenance, tires, HU/AU, vehicle tax, GEZ and registration. The only exception is fuel costs. Other possible costs include operating fluids, tolls, fines and cleaning. The excess for damage depends on the type of vehicle.
WHAT EXACTLY IS INCLUDED IN MY WHEEGO AUTO SUBSCRIPTION?
The subscription covers everything you need: service, maintenance, tire changes, taxes and insurance. Maintenance, such as brake and tire wear, is included. In the event of damage, we take care of the settlement, with a deductible of €750.
WHAT ARE THE FEES?
In addition to the subscription price, a deposit of a maximum of three months’ rent may be charged, depending on your credit rating. Collection is free of charge; transportation costs apply for delivery within Germany.
HOW LONG IS THE CONTRACT TERM/MINIMUM TERM?
The minimum term is just one month. After that, you can return the vehicle at any time, and we will invoice you on a daily basis if you return it early – for maximum transparency and fairness. You have the choice between various term offers, from 3-month offers to the attractively priced 18-month variant.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR MORE KILOMETERS?
Depending on the vehicle type, the additional mileage costs are between €0.15/km and €0.30/km incl. VAT. You can find the exact prices on the product pages of the respective vehicle.
HOW ARE EXCESS OR SHORTFALL KILOMETERS BILLED?
Excess mileage will be invoiced at the end of the term at the prices agreed in the contract. Short mileage will not be reimbursed. The mileage package can no longer be adjusted after the contract has been signed.
CAN THE TERMS BE ADJUSTED?
The terms are fixed and cannot be shortened or extended. However, if you take out a follow-up contract for your next car subscription, we will try to ensure a seamless transition.
WHAT ARE THE HIDDEN COSTS?
All agreed kilometers are included in your subscription rate. Additional kilometers will be charged at the end of the rental period. The mileage on return at our hubs or with our transfer partners on collection is binding. You must report the current mileage to us by e-mail every month.
CAN I TAKE OUT A SUBSCRIPTION WITH A NON-GERMAN DRIVER'S LICENSE?
Yes, with a valid EU driver’s license you can easily take out a car subscription with us.
